DAPAL® — design, manufacturing and installation
We design, manufacture and install wooden play structures using our own machinery. We work for play centres, kindergartens, hotels, restaurants and family leisure venues.
We cover the full process, from the concept and 3D model through component manufacturing to installation and preparation with safety requirements and acceptance inspections in mind.
How we work
DAPAL® is not a catalogue supplier of ready-made kits. Each project is developed for a specific space, children's age group, type of venue and investor requirements.
We assess the space, the venue's needs and how it will be used. We prepare a concept, functional layout and 3D model to help you make decisions before manufacturing begins.
We cut and prepare the structure's components using our own machinery. This allows us to control quality, consistency of details and how the components match the design.
We deliver and install the structure on site. We prepare projects with subsequent acceptance inspections, safety requirements and the work of independent certification companies in mind.

Why DAPAL®
We do more than assemble ready-made components. We cut and prepare the structure's details ourselves, giving us greater control over quality and how well the design fits.
Before manufacturing, we show the structure's layout, functions and proportions. This makes it easier to assess the design and adapt it to the specific space.
We design with the requirements of PN-EN 1176 in mind and prepare projects for acceptance inspections by independent bodies and certification companies.
We use materials, varnishes and coatings selected for spaces used by children. We use solutions supported by testing and conformity documentation.
Where a project requires it, we take account of technical, operational and fire-safety recommendations from the documentation or specialist assessments.
We complete the process at the project site by installing and fitting the components and preparing the structure for the next stages of use or acceptance inspection.
